About

This workshop is led by Troy Dearmitt

This session will introduce you to the Structured Query Language (SQL) used to interact with data stored in databases. In this hands on session you will learn how to retrieve and update information using the SQL language, specifically covering simple selects (SELECT), conditional selects (WHERE), relational selects (JOIN), as well as data management (UPDATE, INSERT, and DELETE). While recommended, the Introduction to Databases session is NOT required to take this scripting course.
